roasted garlic rye

basic bread recipe from my awesome new housemate
modifications invented by me

2 3/4 c flour (combination rye, bread, and white)
1/4 c olive oil
1 t yeast
1/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 T water
a few cloves roasted garlic
a few pinches caraway

proof yeast w sugar, knead until smooth (8 1/2 mins for me)

350, baked 28 mins

came out fantastic, golden and fluffy
